The Wilder Land "Frisky Sour" blonde beer is a wild blonde spicy beer, aged for 7 months in wooden barrels, with an initial tart taste and hints of citrus and honey. The aftertaste has rounded bitters and the spices remain. Frisky Sour is brewed by brewery Nevel in the Dutch city of Nijmegen with wild-picked yeasts, wild grains and wild flowers and weeds.
