We can't say it otherwise, this 15 year old balsamic is a real treat for your tongue! It is made with the original Trebbiano grape from Modena and aged in wooden barrels for 15 years. Every year it was transferred to a smaller vessel, so that it could thicken nicely and become even fuller and sweeter in taste. It is indeed sweet, but you can certainly detect a little bit of acidity. This makes it even tastier, and makes it a perfect combination to steak, duck breast, mozzarella and real Parmesan cheese.
